Keep Plan B simple
If your pickup plan changes
Problems happen. Stay together, use the contact details you saved, and choose the easiest confirmed option nearby. Once everyone and every bag is accounted for, make the longer move in daylight.
Baggage is delayed
Complete the airline’s report before leaving, photograph the reference and contact details, and tell the driver or hotel about the delay. Keep medicine, documents and one change of essentials in hand luggage.
The phone has no signal
Use the offline pickup note and written hotel number. Ask identifiable airport or airline staff for help contacting the confirmed provider rather than changing to an unsolicited ride because connectivity failed.
Rental terms have changed
Pause before signing. Compare the full charge, deposit, insurance and vehicle against the written booking. If the new terms do not work, use the backup transfer or sleep first instead of negotiating tired.
